Shipping Agent Service for Ocean-going/Domestic Vessels
Our specialists with wide-ranging knowledge and experience who completed professional training at maritime- or vessel-related educational institutions, etc., carry out their tasks with "how they can operate each vessel safely and efficiently" in mind.
Also, since 1994, we have a proven track record in providing naval ships with a "husbanding service" that requires specialist knowledge and skills.
Safety Management Division
Offshore loading and unloading (fine chemicals/oils and fats/lubricating oils)
Currently, we have nine safety supervisors who are certified by the Japan Offshore Cargo Operation Safety Association. The supervisors have also following licence and certificates.
- Continuously engaged in offshore loading and unloading services for more than 10 years.
- Class B Hazardous Materials Officer License: Group 4
- Completed the lectures on maritime disaster drills (Hazardous Material Course)
- Operation chief of specified chemical substances handling
- Operation chief of organic solvents work
- Operation chief of oxygen deficient/hydrogen sulfide handling
Quay loading and unloading (fine chemicals, fuel oils and lubricating oils, etc.)
Our experienced safety management specialists in the area of offshore loading and unloading as well as bunker operations undertake on-site safety management for more efficient operations, embracing the "safety-first" principle.
Ship Operation (including ship security/leaked oil recovery) Division
For safe and efficient operations, captains and chief engineers with more than 10 years of experience in related services are assigned.
Also, all crew members are safety administrators certified by the Japan Offshore Loading and Unloading Safety Association. Furthermore, they take the guard boat operation course given by the Yokohama Coast Guard in order to maintain adequate skills for on-the-spot responses.
In order to immediately respond to leaked oil accidents, we also maintain a fast-response system with an adequate quantity of oil adsorbing mats, oil treatment reagent and other leakage oil treatment tools and materials.
Special Operation Division
We flexibly handle oil boom and buoy line (the invasion preventive display device within the specified sea area) installation operation, from Hokkaido to Kyushu by utilizing truck transportation. We have a safe and reliable track record in such operations stretching for more than 10 years.
